Dust the sea bass fillets with the flour. In a large skillet place the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat it on medium high until it is hot. Quickly sear the fillets on both sides so that they are sealed. Place the fish in a large baking pan and sprinkle on the lemon juice. Set the fish aside. In a medium skillet place the 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat on medium high until it is hot. Add the onions, garlic, and parsley. Saute the ingredients for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the onions are translucent. Add the pepper and stir it in.
In a medium large saucepan place the sauteed onion mixture, canned tomatoes, chopped tomato, bay leaves, rosemary, and white wine. Stir the ingredients together and simmer them on low heat for 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to3500F-180C. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake it for 20 minutes, or until it is just done. Garnish the dish with the lemon wedges.

BBQ Beef Red Wine Marinade
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups red wine
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup fresh rosemary leaves -- chopped
1 cup fresh basil leaf -- chopped
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger -- to taste
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 jalapeno pepper -- stem removed
Blend basil, rosemary and jalapeno pepper with a small amount of wine until fine. Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth. Let sit in a cool spot for 24 hours before using.

Marinate 1lb or so of beef for 1 hour or overnight. Bake in oven 155°F- 75°C, overnight for 10 - 12 hours.

Girl, you are quite the chef!!!! Thanks for all the recipes you post!! They all sound so good! However, I am a poor grad student, and hate to cook, so I go for the more simple recipes. But yours sure do sound yummy!!!!! Makes it seem like low-carbing is a treat!!
Place chicken drumettes in large aluminum pan. Mix other ingredients together to make sauce. Pour sauce over chicken drumettes. Marinate overnight. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place pan on barbecue grill rack to the side of the fire. Slow cook 30-45 minutes or until chicken is almost cooked. Remove drumettes from the pan, place on hot grill over coals, cook until skin is crisp or 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with barbecue sauce or honey mustard sauce

1 c parmesan cheese -- flaked
1 Parsley -- ground
1 tbsp oregano -- oregano or marjoram

Preheat oven to 375°F-190°C . Mix cheese,parsley,oregano,salt and pepper together and place on a dry tray. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter,then roll in the cheese mixture,coating well. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes,turning when brown. Wings will freeze well. Thaw in refrigerator,and heat in a 375°F-190°C. oven. Makes 4 main course or 8 appetizer servings.
