I have been trying to log in to my account since last night, and while I can get in ok, it seems that when I'm not logged in the size of the font is normal, but as soon as I log in, the print becomes so small that it looks like lines and it's pushed up to the screen. I have tried logging in on different computers, I've used both Internet Explorer and Firefox. I cannot figure out whats going on. I will have to read the response to this while not logged in, bc again I cannot see anything. Right now the box to type the message in is about an inch big, so I really hope this makes sense. I cant see what I'm typiong, so I have no idea if there are typos or what. Kat, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! Thanks.

My dh said to go to "view" and click zoom and it would make the text larger. I did that, and it would only let me enlarge it twice. The words are still really small, but at least I can read them when I'm logged in. I dont know how to do a screen shot, but my dh does. I'll have him do one when he gets back.

If it all of a sudden started happening, you might just want to 'restore' you computer to an ealier date. I had to do that yesterday, when things got wonky on my end. I ended up restoring it to a week ago.
When you do that, you don't lose any data.
From the "start" menu on a PC
>> Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> System Restore
