Wink Supplements?

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15--now I'm 35 . What I'm unclear about is what supplements are helpful for PCOS. I'm curious about the Insulite program but it's sooo expensive!

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

This website http://www.ovarian-cysts-pcos.com/supplements.html has a good list of supplements. I take most all of them on the list =)

I have not been formally diagnosed, but I have a list of the supplements I take in my signature. I'm actually going to stop taking the red yeast rice, as my cholesterol is not a problem, and I would take saw palmetto if I weren't TTC.

I went to a naturopath before doing the metformin thing and she put me on False Unicorn Root, Chasteberry, B-Complex, Chlorella and told me to take Evening Primrose oil on CD1 - Ovulation (however, I am not ovulating!). She also told me to avoid sugars and "high estrogen" foods, such as chicken. Its only my first month but my symptoms are definately more controlled! At least the mood swings and sore back/breasts.
