Default Supplements to deal with met side effects...

I posted this on the alternative remedies board too, but I have not gotten any replies, and since it is met-related I thought I maight get more help here...

I am on 1500 mg of met, which does a great job of controlling my pcos, but I have been having some problems with fatigue, dizziness, and depression, ranging from mild to severe. I was reading recently that met can interfere with b12 absorption, and b12 deficiency can cause those symptoms. I also caught some info about calcium helping with that problem, and magnesium alleviating IR.

So here's my plan -- I will keep taking my met, and add a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement, and a sublingual b complex. I may also throw in some St. John's Wort too to help with the depression thing.

Thoughts? Thanks!
