Hello! I take a multi w/ green tea and chromium in it. I take Biotin to (hopefully) help with hair growth and metabolism. I take fish oil as a heart protectant and because it may help with inflammation. I also take Cinnamon at every meal, either in the pill form or in my oatmeal. I actually think the cinnamon is helping me a lot with my insulin resistance!
I actually think that maintaining a low-carb diet and exercise routine is the best medicine of all! I have had relatively regular cycles since going off the pill a few months ago. I hope this will continue!!

Okay I only counted the actual pills, not the number of each that I take a day. But for a per day breakdown, here it is...
Vit C - 1
Multi - 3
Magnesium - 2
Chromium - 1
Calcium - 1
B complex - 1
Flax - 3
Red Raspberry Leaf - 2
So that's 14 a day, plus 3 Metformin tablets. I want to add vitamin E back into the mix, and once I stop nursing, I'll add the Saw Palmetto back, too.
PollySis, why are you taking Evening Primrose, Cod Liver Oil and Hemp Seeds? That's a lot of EFA's. Especially when all you really need is the fish oil. At least to get your daily dose of EFA's.
