I was scheduled for lap, hsg, dye, and ovarian diathermy a month ago and had procedure yesterday. just wanted to fill everyone in on how it went & had a question too.
Overall, surgery went great & I made it through! I am on some meds to deal w/ pain (VERY SORE)! The Dr. found 3 small spots of endo and got rid of it, my tubes were clear, and he checked out my uterus(which he said looks great, yay), and did the ovarian diathermy(2 caut. holes in left ovary & 4 caut. holes in right.. They said we could start bding as soon as I stop bleeding. I dont know if a bfp will come of this month, but we are sure gonna try!! has anyone had this done??? successes? i am on glumetza (equals to met.) when can i start back on that? i stopped it 4 days b/f surgery. dr. office closed today & forgot to ask when we were there. I'm on met. too and had the hsg done a few months ago. My dr. wants to do a lap too but I have to put that off until Dec. maybe. I'm glad to hear made it through the surgery - I'm a little nervous about that myself. Sorry I don't know the answer to your question - but good luck!
