I am currently starting a service for women with PCOS, to get funding for this service i need to complete a certain amount of market research.
By completing the below survey you can get me one step closer to making this service a reality while taking your opportunity to make suggestions for what you would like in such a service.

Which moderator were you trying to contact? As far as I know I am the only moderator of the Aussie & Kiwi Cysters part of SoulCysters.
You could also post this request in the 'Ask Kat' part of SC. I'm not sure how she feels about market research.
