I am going to assume metformin is an insulin-sensitizer...right? wrong? I did not tolerate it well at all, no libido, sleeping all the time, worse irritability. I also believe it made me hypoglycemic (faint if I don't eat regularly). I discontinued use, and am trying to manage my diet better. I did not lose significant weight or size while on metformin, either, especially considering I couldn't eat hardly anything the first month of met.
