Hi everyone,

I have also posted in cyster initiatives and what's on your mind sections.
I am a naturopath from Australia (previous username: Jul) with PCOS, and i am writing a book about managing PCOS with both natural and conventional medicine.
I am running an email survey for women of all ages with the condition to help me gather information for the book (all info will be confidential). You can answer all questions or just a few if you like. So far I have about 150 participants and more are welcome.
