Endometriosis (multiple surgeries; stage IV for ~8 years)
Acne
Lupus Anticoagulant Syndrome

Elevated Prolactin
Hypothyroidism (Hashi's)
Depression

insomnia
However, my cholesterol is 150 and my triglycerides are 78... I wish someone could explain that!
I have:
PCOS
Endometriosis
Obesity
Plantar Facitis
Gout
Ovarian Cysts (they come, they burst, they HURT)
Allergies
Dry Eyes
High Blood Pressure (related to hormonal imbalances)
I haven't technically been diagnosed with depression, but I am taking Prozac, which has helped alot with the depression I do have.
My meds are 500mg Metformin ER, HCTZ, Claritin, Flonase, Multivitamin, and the Prozac. I have also taken Adipex to lose weight, but since going on the Prozac was advised to stop the Adipex. It worked great for me though, so as soon as my BP goes down, I am asking my dr to put me back on it.

Goodness! I feel so blessed after reading the conditions that everyone else has. Mine seem down right trivial. But I now my cysters are strong, and if they can beat PCOS they can beat anything!
I have,
PCOS and Hypothyroidism. DX hypothyroid in 1996 and PCOS in Aug 2008.
Here it goes... Besides PCOS symptoms I have asthma, seasonal allergies, leaky guy syndrome, weak adrenals, tingling in arms and fingers, ocassional tinitus, joint stiffness, chronic neck pain (supposedly from the weakened adrenals), wheat and barley food allergy, and somethings up recently with my liver (appearanly from the leaky gut.) And Im only 21. I feel like I belong in a nursing home after typing this. LOL.
I have asthma, chronic joint pain, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes/Insulin Resistance, a strange heart murmur, teeth grinding and a predisposition to hypothyroidism, depression, scoliosis, plantar fascititis and occasional migraines.
I just came across this today, but it has made my year. Each day a family member tells me these things are all in my head and to think positive and they will disappear. A lot of times I would think I was crazy. People, including doctors, would deem me a hypochondriac and cast me aside. God I love this site more and more! We are strong ladies! We are!
Allergies
Dysthymia - low-grade depression
Hashimoto's Thyroiditis - now Hypothyroid
Borderline Anemia
Vitamin D Deficiency
I've read that a large percentage (20%) of women with PCOS will have Hashimoto's Thryoiditis.
I've been seeing a lot of other women on this board post about fatigue and I would highly recommend getting tested by a qualified endo for Hashi's. Also, my endo suggests Vitamin D and Iron/Ferritin tests anytime a woman complains that they are tired.
Oh, and joint pains and plantar facititis can also be symptoms of Vitamin D deficiency! (both of which I had but are not gone since taking Vitamin D-3 supplements for a year.)
