This list really makes me sound like a mess, but truthfully the acid reflux is the only one of these that bothers me daily. hypothyroid is a simple little pill, and the treatments listed with the others really has helped
Plantar fasciitis in addition to the hirusitism that PCOS has attributed me with. Generally healthy other than being overweight and furry (with the occasional sore foot)!
Not sure if this has anything to do with PCOS (but i think I read it some where) but something is wrong with my galbladder. I'm getting testing done right now, and have to deal with the pain which is nonstop. But you do what you have to do....

It's going to sound weird, and not great for IR or the belly weight some cysters tend to have, but while I was testing, prior to getting my gallbladder out, the only foods that didn't make me hurt was Sprite and pretzels. If it's one of those days where you have to leave the house, or can't take anything for the pain, they help, as they're easy to digest and don't cause your system to produce bile.
