I tried this recipe out last night and it's really tasty! Hope you enjoy!
Sweet Stone Ground Wheat Bread
1 packet dry active yeast dissolved in 2 TBSP warm water
1 1/3 c. water
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. sugar free syrup
3 1/2 c. stone ground wheat flour
1/4 c. nonfat dried milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
Dissolve yeast in 2 TBSP warm water and then add all the other ingredients with it into large mixing bowl. Stir dough until it starts coming away from the edges of the bowl. Lightly oil hands and surface of cabinet with olive oil (I used Pam so not to add extra fat) and knead bread for 6-8 minutes or until smooth. Put into a lightly oiled bowl and cover; stick in a warm place and let rise for one hour. Remove bread from bowl and knead again into a loaf and place in a lightly oiled loaf pan; cover and let rise again for one hour. Preheat oven to 350 and bake bread for 40 minutes or until done. Cool and eat! Great toasted and topped with cinnamon and Splenda(or artificial sweetner or your choice).
