Default switching med any reactions like mine???

Hi, ladies I have a question I was switched from Paxil cr to the generic regular paxil. Since they stopped making paxil cr.. Well its been going alright till today. I am fine then all of a sudden I get down for like a couple minutes then I get up then down. I dont know why. But is kinda scaring me. I never ever ever want to feel like I did when I was going through those panic attacks and depression.. Any guesses.. I am glad I have a dr.s appt tommorow to get rid of a skin tag that has been bothering me.. I'll ask her..
