Swollen!!

hey everyone, I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS but i really think i have it. Does anyone swell in there ankles and feet and calves as a result of pCOS? I read somewhere that the ovarys can block the flow of blood or urine and make you swell. My doc doesn't have clue why i swell bu ti have for about 4 years now!! help?
