Default Swollen Fingers

Since I woke up today my fingers feel swollen and tight. Is this just water retention? It's kind of annoying. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Default swollen fingers

I have swollen fingers a lot too. My feet don't swell though, which I thought was odd. As far as I know it is water retention, but I don't understand why it would just be in our fingers rather than everywhere.

Maybe cutting back on the sodium and drink alot of water might help.I notice I swell when I eat too much sodium in my food.

I get something similar but I've noticed its worse when its cold or I touch cold things. I think its circulation related. Do you have good circulation???

I get swollen fingers as well and last week it was so bad that I found it hard to clench a fist. I think I read that it is about fluid just gathering at the extremities of your limbs, so the best way to ease it is by shaking your hands and feet gently and doing some gentle stretching exercises to help redistribute the fluid. This seemed to help a little with my puffy hand!
