Default Symptoms of Endo... sore back and soft stool around period?

Does a kind of sore Lower back around period time along with a softer stool or diahrea possibly indicate slight Endo... dont get a lot of period pain though.

Ultrasound which diagnosed PCOS, said I had "Asymptomatic" endo as well, because when she asked me whether i get period pain, I said no , I am 34 and never have... just that slight feeling like I know I'm getting it but not really a pain.

When I mentioned it to Endo - Endo said it was not mentioned on the report and did not say anything more about it....

Strange... I'm thinking. OKKK like do I have endo or not.. I want to know. I would have though most endo goes with pain so I understand why she said Asymptomatic... but I think I should know officially..and what I can do to reduce it or get rid of it.

I might enquire on my next ultrasound... to see if they can see it.

The thing about endometriosis is that pain is not proportional to your symptoms. So, the staging doesn't correlate with how much pain you are having. Do you have the three D's (dyschezia = painful bowel movements, dysmenorrhea = painful periods, and dyspareunia = painful sex) and pelvic pain?
Endometriosis is confirmed on laparascopy, and the docs have to see the endometrial implants and adhesions to stage the endometriosis. Some women go through their whole life with NO symptoms of endometriosis and they may the highest stage. And then there are some women, like myself, who have horrible painful periods and chronic pelvic pain that when seen during a lap; they are stage I.
There is nothing really you can do to get rid of endometrioisis unless you go for a total hysterectomy. You can have them burned off during a laparascopy, but as long as you have estrogen and an ovary, they'll come back. You can also go through lupron, pregnancy, good nutrition, and ibuprofen/naproxen to reduce it. As long as you have an ovary, endometriosis is with you until menopause and those hormones are dead.
Your symptoms of soft stools and mild cramping can possibly point to endometriosis. Can't eliminate that as a possilbility. Most likely, it sounds like mild PMS. But if it isn't bothering you, and you don't have the three D's and you have no blood in your stools/urine during defecation around your period, I wouldn't investigate.
By the way, there is NO WAY they can see endometriois on ultrasound unless they saw an adhesion. IF you want to see if it is endometriosis, they'll have you go through a laparascopy. But, I don't think you want to go through this whole investigation.
Your ENDO was right! Whoever interpreted your scan as 'asymptomatic endometriosis' was wrong and just wanted to put something else on your plate to worry about.
