I know I am referring to Bella magazine again - I do buy it every week but this week there is an article about Syndrome X
Just wondering if anyone saw it or read it. It is very close to PCOS
Helen

I read about syndrome X in this months In Style Magazine and found it really helpful. I was on the plane flying home and I ripped the pages out, it was one of the free magazines you get when you are boarding and I didn't want to carry any more crap off the plane. Everyone was staring at me - and i got a few dirty looks from the toffs - but if was worth it!!
Don't know why they are calling it Syndrome X - people won't take it seriously. it's bad enough that folk take PCOS with a pinch of salt!

I've just borrowed a copy of Bella from work and I don't know about you but I think it made the whole situation sound really easy to deal with - which annoyed me a bit. It just said about cutting down on Carbs, which I have been doing for the last 2 1/2 years and I have never been able to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks like one of the women featured. What did you think of the article?
I couldn't find the one in Style magazine though - was it any good?
well I emailed Bella and they sent me this link - which I had a look at today. I will let you make your own conclusions but it does appear to me that Syndrome X is being taken seriously.
Also this site is selling a product, but I did try to order it over the phone on Friday but they were out of the supplement and I wasnt going to give my credit card details for them to debit it and no product coming my way! I am getting clever in my old age.
