I suggest you take the calcium and Metamucil in the evening (with dinner). Both can intefere with synthroid absorption. Make sure your multi doesn't contain iron. If it does, take that in the evening, too.

I agree with Linda. I take my thyroid meds in the morning and my calcium, B vitamin and my multi with dinner.

How are you feeling on your thyroid meds??

Thanks. I take the thyroid meds in the morning around 6:30, so I can eat early too. I haven't taken the metamucil yet, since it said it interferred with the absorbtion of some meds. It also said if you don't take enough water with it, you can choke!! That's not cool!

As far as how I feel on my med? Well, things get worse and worse. I have messed up my sleeping cycle so much that I am awake until 3am...can't sleep.
BECAUSE......I fall asleep for 2 hours in the afternoon! Oh dear. Not good.

Must of looked drugged when I went to pick my girls up from mothers day out, as my eyes were funny looking and my face was red.
