I was just wondering if anyone else takes their whole dose, two pills, at one time during the day. I can never remember to take the 2nd dose co I figured it was better to do it that way. I take 2000mg a day.

I take 3 500mg pills right before bed every night. I was never given any specific instructions on when to take the doses. It's easier for me to just take all of my pills at once.

My doc said 2 at once and then one or vice-versa at whatever time of day I wanted.
