I know I can't take vitamins/minerals when I take Synthroid. But what about premarin? I take Ambien and iron pills and take those at night.

Just as long as they are at least 4 hrs apart from the synthroid. If your doctor already knew about the other things she/he would've given you specific instructions regarding them and synthroid and their interactions. If you are still unsure you can always ask your pharmacist. I have a wonderful one who knows me by name. Kinda old fashioned service.
