Is Taking Vitex and Diet Pills bad??

I need to know if anyone knows if taking Vitex with Diet Pills is bad??? I always need a boost to help me get back on track with the losing weight situation. I just started taking Vitex its been awhole week now don't feel any changes other than having problems with using the restroom ok I know to much information. I would really like to start taking my diet pills which is called Leptopril. What do you ladies think?

Some women say they only took it for a week & started their period that they hadnt seen in along time. I think it works differently for everyone. It also depends on how many you take a day. Ive seen some women that started out taking 3 or 4 a day. I only started out with one a day & thats still what I take. So dont give up yet.

As for taking vitex with a diet pill. I am taking vitex & the diet pill adipex. My doctor said it was ok for me. But again everyone is different & the diets pills are different. So you might want to check with your doctor, just to be safe. Have you taken the diet pill that your taking before? How does it work for you? Ive been taking Adipex off & on for about 4 years now. I think my body is getting used to it because its not working as well as it once did for me. The first time I took it, I lost 50 pounds in 4 months. Then I stopped taking it & gained back 60pounds. Went back on it & lost 55. I cant get rid of the last 5pounds...lol Of course now im still taking the pill but im gaining weight anyway, which is causing me to get depressed again. I have battled my weight all my life & im so tired of it. Anyway, good luck with your weight loss.

Hey sweety thanks for the info. Have you got AF since you'v been on Vitex? Yeah I took herbalife and it helped I was dropping weight like crazy at least one pant size a weekI know but I was going to the gym to I just don't have it in me to go at this moment. UGH!!! I went from a size 22 to a 12 in three or four months I looked so good I use to turn heads, but now I'm a fat blob ugh!!!! Well I think I'm going to up my dosage of Vitex next week maybe try three a day.

Ive had a period every month since I started glucophage. I am taking the vitex to help me ovulate and hopefully help pms symptoms. I have ovulated the last 2 months so im very happy with the results I got from vitex !!! It hasnt helped my pms symptoms yet but im still praying it will. Ive about had it myself with weight loss plans. Ive had weight problems all my life. Im thinking about having lap band surgery. I contacted my insurance company the other day about it & they dont cover it. They cover gastric bypass surgery though. In my opinion the gastric bypass is way more risky than lap band. My husband said he was going to contact the insurance company himself. I dont think it will do any good but there have been several times that ive tried to handle something myself & get no where. He can email or call about the exact same thing and get major results. Im just to nice I think...lol
