*LOL* I thought you were joking... I didn't even know fish HAD cheeks! I'm going to have to look for that simply because I have to know what they're like! But I just love fish anyway.

They are harder to find as I am learning that fishermen tend to keep the heads for them selves. However, if you go to a real fish monger (fish market) they might be able to help you.

I was thinking last night ablout all of the different chicken dishes that you could subtitute them into, like enchiladas. They would also be great in a taco as it shreads like string cheese, lol. It has to be the strangest meat I have ever had, but very versitile. And like I said before, it does taste like chicken. There are a ton of recipes online that would be easy to make. Hope you find some and have a little fun with it.

Thanks Catherine, I would never have even known about it if you hadn't posted! My dad works a couple of miles from a fish market so I'll ask him to stop by and see if he can find any. When we were growing up he would eat the entire fish, even the head and I thought it was SOOOO gross, but maybe he was onto something! *lol*
