I'm going to start the Couch to 5k excercise program. My sister's friend is doing it and she is looking great. Just go to google and search couch to 5k. Also, I'm starting yoga every morning with my sister.

My mom and I walk a trail that's about four miles 4-5 times a week.
But when there's a day I'm not walking, I'll do DDR. I'm barely up to Standard mode though!

Gym starts on Tuesday, but the only thing I do now is weight lift with my guys and walk a mile home with my 50 pound backpack everyday.

i joined a gym at the end of November with a friend. It is a lot of fun. The only problem is finding the time to go!!!

DDR is a lot of fun. My sister and I were going to try that as a workout, but we never got around to it. I should try that again.

That couch to 5k program sounds interesting.
