As of today (I went to the doctor today, I go maybe every 2 weeks!) and I was at 219...
I have an Ab-Lounge (Which does work by the way!)
I try to use it as much as possible and my boyfriend and I walk a few times a week.
At this weight, I don't look it. I've been overweight for about 6 years now, and I have never really looked my weight.

went to the doctors on thursday and was weighed there my weight is now 264, very soon I will be going to see dietitian and also begin seeing an endo. wish me luck

That's really cool, Courtney. As of now, what are you doing to try to lose weight? I'm so lost, this is my highest weight and I fluctuate so much I don't know what I do and don't do that really helps lol.

I do lots and lots of walking. I don't eat many carbs. Also I am taking medicine. You can do it! Im sure you can you just have to really put your mind to it. I promise you it's not easy, im struggling a lot with it! [i have faith in you]

Thanks! I try not to eat carbs a lot too. I read that women with PCOS tend to crave sweet carbs, which is absolutely ME.

You know what's strange? I was about 200 when I STARTED Met. I have gained 19 lbs since. It's really strange. What are you doing to try to lose weight, Sweet?

Erika, what are you doing to lose weight? (I need some tips I've asked everyone so far LOL.) I think that monthly minutes of exercise in your signature is a really good idea. Would you mind if I stole it? Lol. I need to pick up something new, something that will keep me interested.
