Question Tell me what you take daily.. please

I am on 1500 mg of Glumetza (different kind of met) and a womens multi-vitamin. I am wanting to do the cinnamon/vitex things but not sure what and when/how much to take. Could someone please give me the run down on what you take daily? I am not TTC, just trying to get everything in working order and have a little more energy.
thanks!!!!!!!!!

I'm on many meds and some vitamins. I've tried cinnamon and apple cider vinegar but neither did anything for me.
Some meds are for PCOS and related issues.
Metformin ER
Tricor
Yaz
The other half is for allergies and asthma
Advair
Claritin
Pro-Air as needed.

I also take calcium, multivitamin, B-12 sublingual and a Fish oil capsule. I just had my blood work done today, so we'll see if it's helped any.
Hope this answered your question.

Yes.. it's supposed to help w/ insulin resistance. I don't know if it's the low carb diet or the vinegar both have helped my symptons and I've only been doing this for awhile now

For PCOS, it's rec. to take two spoons a day, some people take it with water.. I just mix it with olive oil and lemon to put in my salads since reg. salad dressing is too high in soduim

Try it out for two weeks (take it every other day or more depending on how much your body can handle) & see how it goes.. It's also has other health benefits

I've been taking (or aiming for) 2 tablespoons, 3x day. I think it's working ... I've lost 2 kg since 22 Dec. when I discovered I'd put on about 4kg with no good reason within a few weeks to a month.

The only thing that I currently take is 5,000 IUs Vitamin D daily.
I had a severe deficiency when I was first tested in October.
That's something I would suggest everyone get tested for.
Vitamin D has a huge impact on your GI and hormonal health.
