Firstly, congratulations on having great, accepting boyfriends everyone

I have a whole different problem with my boyfriend. He seems to be in denial about me having PCOS. I told him everything about it, and that I've been diagnosed by my general practitioner and my OB/GYN. He's stubborn like that. I don't know how to make him believe that I do. Or make him accept it.

My boyfriend did the same thing for a little bit when i was first diagnosed. He still doesn't quite understand fully what's going on, but he's trying. I think it took my bf being scared half to death because my first try with bcp's didn't regulate like it should have.

I'm lucky to have my boyfriend we've been going out a year tomorrow and the only reason we found out I had PCOS was when I was rushed to hospital. I know that whatever the situation I would have told him because although we want kids he says I'm more important. AzureRay if i was you I would sit down and have a heart to heart with him and explain that he has to accept it just like you have and if he loved you at all he should at least open his mind to your feelings. You and I both know its a difficult enough time during diagnosis and just after so keep your chin up he'll come round xxx
