Yesterday Hubby had to get up and go in to work at 4:00am. I took my temp then as I woke up when the alarm went off, and got 97.3, my coverline. Normally I take my temp at 5:30-5:40, so when the alarm went off at my normal time I took it again for kicks. It was 98.1. I'm just curious as to which I should use on my chart and if it even truly matters as they're both above coverline.

Sweet, thanks ladies. That's what I did, but I wanted to be sure. It's crazy enough trying to temp as it is with our sleep schedule, so I try to be as accurate as I can.

I have been waking up like 20 minutes earlier myself I have been tempting anyway and only temp that one time...mine shot up big time but I think it's because I am getting sick is all...ugh I am going to get a cold! Peek at my chart it's crazy this month LOL!!

whoa that is nuts! If you had Od that would've been pretty early. I wouldn't be surprised to see you even out over the next few days if you are getting sick. (And if you are, I am sorry, sick sucks!)

Yeppers and I am not medicated at all this month so I am surious to see hmm...yesterday and today I have been having little twinges and some clear stretchy cm so who knows. WEIRD I know.

Christine, like everyone said, you should always go with the first temp.
Just know though that when you temp earlier than usual your temp your temp would also be lower than usual. Its about .1 degree per 1/2 hour. Your "actual temp" at 5:30 would probably be around 97.6

I got more this afternoon GOSH I pray hubby comes home tonight just so we can maybe catch the egg if at all possible. See with clomid I never get CM this is weird and plus it's so early!!!!!!! CD11 ?????????

Stranger things have happened! I wouldn't take anything for granted even in an un-medicated cycle. Especially one following the trauma of your last. Your temps and your CM are very strong positive indicators, so go catch that highly probable eggie! And if it's not an eggie, well, it's practice for the next couple of days.
