Default Test Results

Hi there I finally got my blood work back and this is what it reads:

FSH 2.6
LH 1.2
Progesterone .7
Total Testosterone 62
Estradiol 12

I had an ultrasound done and it only shows 1 cyst about 1cm on my left side. The doctor says I dont have PCOS but I still dont understand all the bloodwork. All the research Ive done shows levels taken on the 3 or 4th day of your cycle and mind you I have not had a period since July so Im not sure if my levels are accurate. Can anyone advise?

I'll jump in here with my own confusing (to me) test results.

I've been puzzling over these printouts from my doctor for months now--hemming and hawing, I guess, over whether or not to get worked up about them. I'm not in the perfect position to have a baby right now, but I'm also increasingly emotional about that, and feel like I need to at least clear the decks, so to speak, and figure out what I need to do to make it possible.

In any event, here's what I think I know:
LH: 25.6 mIU/mL
FSH: 7.3 mIU/mL
Estradiol: 70 pg/mL
DHEA Sulfate: 150 MCG/DL
Testosterone, Free Serum: 0.7 PG/ML
TSH: 1.291 uIU/mL

Now, I'm confused because there's a note on each sheet saying, "An exclamation mark indicates a result that was not dispersed into the flowsheet." I assumed that that meant that an exclamation mark meant that that particular result was irregular--but the two exclamation marks are by testosterone and DHEA, which, now that I research a bit more, don't look to me to be elevated. What looks sky-high is that LH. Am I reading this right?

And, as a follow-up question, what on earth does one do with an elevated LH level? Is there any kind of alternative treatment that I could try to lower it? (I'm already thin, don't eat processed food, drink tons of water, get decent exercise...)

Thanks.
