None of those tests alone indicate PCOS.
Your elevated BUN indicates slightly impaired kidney function and your ALT indicates slightly impaired liver function. You you drink a lot of alcohol or take any medications regularly, including tylenol or ibuprofen? Also, your CRP is pretty high which is a non specific test for inflammation. That can be elevated by smoking, obesity, all kinds of diseases or infection. It doesn't really tell much and requires more inquiry.
Your total cholesterol is a bit high, not much, but high in proportion to your LDL which should be lower than it is. Those things can point to insulin resistance but usually they will do triglycerides and HDL with that test too. Did they check that? Did you get any other tests? Also, your testosterone result doesn't make sense to me. 2.6 seems awfully low.
