Hey everyone


My mom and I went to see my endocrinologist about my test results on Thursday and now we’re both left feeling confused.


Apparently with my blood work, they also detected elevated levels of Progesterone. Now my Endocrinologist believes I either have LOCAH or LOCAH in conjunction with PCOS.


What confuses us is I was diagnosed with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia when I was 4 years old. So how could I have Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia and then later develop the Late Onset version of the condition?

Did you inform your endo about the CAH diagnosis at that early age?

Yeah we did, but either she doesn't understand it or we don't. I'm suppose to go to the hospital in a couple of weeks to monitor hormone levels over a period of time.
