Not a dumb question at all! Sublinguals are anything (medications) that can be absorbed under the tongue

Also wonderful that you dr put you on the vitamins and there's always the sublinguals (b12, of course, and iron i believe in sublingual form, can be purchased at any drug/health food store) if you don't feel better with the pill forms. You may find out that you have a problem with stomach absorption with the vitamins and B12, it's very common with Hashi's because it's autoimmune. I didn't absorb the B12 tabs very well, so i started sublinguals and now i'm on injections...tremendous improvement.

Again congrats to you!! See? Persistance can and DOES pay off!!!
Thank you!! I believe that I may have to go to sublingual or injection vitamins. I noticed a difference the next day after Armour (sublingually), but I've not noticed any difference with the Foltx or iron. More than likely I do have some sort of stomach absorption issue because I've had Hiatal Hernia surgery.
