Hi - I am sorry for your losses. I have been through the RPL testing process as well, after 3 losses. (warning PG mentioned) They found that I have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and then I got PG shortly thereafter; we have been treating this PG with baby aspirin and heparin and it's still hanging in there.
Here are some links you can check out on recurrent PG loss:
http://www.haveababy.com/rpl/basics.asp?site=rpl – This is my RE’s site. It explains the basics about repeated pregnancy loss. Make sure to click on all the green hyperlinks (“The Problem”, “Causes”, “Diagnosis”, etc.)

Here is my story on RPL testing (cut and pasted from a document I've put together for it (and warning, my current PG is mentioned below as well
My RPL testing experience is like this:
April 6 - saw RE for consultation with DH. It took about an hour. He reviewed our medical histories and timing of previous losses. Told us that he was going to draw about 7 tubes of blood from me, perform a hysteroscopy on me, and have DH provide a sperm sample for a detailed test called "Sperm DNA Integrity Test". 1 tube of my blood was for an ovarian reserve test, as I am 32. That test must have the blood drawn on CDs3, 4 or 5, but luckily I was on CD3 at the time. The test results took about 2 weeks to come back.
April 12 - had the hysteroscopy done - this is similar to a colonoscopy, but on the uterus. The doc used a small camera to take pictures of my uterus, make sure it was shaped properly and there were no problems (such as scar tissue from my D&C or endometriosis). He also took an endometrial biopsy to look for infection. Thankfully this all came back OK and there was no infection. DH also "dropped off" his semen sample this day as well.
April 18 - my blood test results came back. My ovarian reserve levels were very good (he said they reflected a woman in her mid-20s!) and the other blood tests reflected that I have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. I tested positive for certain antibodies that attack the baby in the early stages (implantation) and also attack the placenta. The RE said future pregnancies would be treated with baby aspirin, heparin shots twice daily, and maybe IVIg.
May 5 - had an appointment to discuss treatment and conception plans with the RE. He wanted us to start with 3 months of Clomid and IUIs, then move to injectibles if that didn't work. For future cycles, he wanted me to take a baby aspirin each day (which I had been doing since March) and start heparin at 2 DPO, then continue it till 8 DPO and he'd run a beta blood test on me. If the test was a BFP, in which case I'd keep doing the shots, or got a BFN, in which case I'd stop.
At this appointment I mentioned I was 11 DPO and my chest hurt. He did a rush beta on me and it came back positive the next day. I started the heparin shots the evening of May 6 at 12 DPO (got a crash course on injections that afternoon) and did IVIg on May 10 after an u/s to see if the baby had implanted in the right spot. I've had a lot of ultrasounds since and have been grateful for each u/s and every day. I guess the heparin is working for me, as I am still PG and had a good u/s on Monday the 18th at 14 weeks, 1 day along.
Please PM me if you have ANY questions...no question is too personal...hope the rest of your journey goes well.
