Default Testosterone Lever Question...

I had blood work done a few months ago and I just got my results. I am an airhead and forgot! Anyway...It says mine is 46, which is in range. The reference range is 20-76. Is 46 really ok and nothing to worry about? The only thing that came back high was my triglycerides. Why do I have these crappy symptoms if I am within "normal" range? This is frusterating!
