Testosterone question... Will dieting help level out my testosterone...or is medication the only way to fix that?

Losing the weight is what is suppose to level out hormones .. some have had success on a low-carb diet. Personaly the South Beach Diet has helped me.

since i have lost weight, both my prolactin and testosterone have become within the "normal" range. i have not taken any medications. i'm on weight watchers to help me lose weight.
