Default ?? On tests for PCOS

Hi, I am not new to PCOS was diagnosed probably 7 or 8 years ago. There is a woman I work with though who would like to know what tests I had to indicate that I have it, and truthfully, all I remember is the u/s I had (showing my pretty little pearl necklace of cysts) and the fasting glucose test (yes I am IR) but I really don't know what else they did. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

I took an ultra sound (regular and transvaginal). Also tons of blood tests for Androgens, LH, FSH, Testosterone, TSH, Progesterone...I forget what else but I think those were the main ones. I also took the Glucose Tolerance Test. Fasting Glucose and Fasting Insulin.

I didn't have a string of pearls, but I was diagnosed based on high Androgens and Irregular Periods. I think afterwards they also tested and found the IR.

My doctor diagnosed me based on a vaginal ultrasound, LH/FSH levels in addition to reviewing TSH. It was pretty obvious on my ultrasound.

I was diagnosed based on bloodwork (Androgens, LH, FSH, Testosterone, TSH, Progesterone. etc.) and medical history - no ultrasound or IR testing required.

I was dx'ed based on u/s (both ways), and bloodwork showed high glucose, high testosterone, high insulin, high bad cholesterol, low good cholesterol, and high LH.

I think ultrasound is important because my bloodwork came out normal for years...even though I had other symptoms of PCOS.

My doctor diagnosed me based on physical symptoms (excess hair, alopecia, adult acne) as well as blood tests. She ordered an ovarian profile which looks at estrogen, progesterone, LH, and FSH. She also ordered DHEAS (dihydroepiandosterone), which is an androgen precursor.

She also did a regular abdominal ultrasound.

My doctor diagnosed me based on irregular periods, excess body hair, and excess weight around the middle. He uses the diagnosis of PCOS if there are atleast three symptoms present. At my 3 month check-up I had a transvaginal u/s, and there were cysts all over both of my ovaries.
