Over 4 years of TTC I had almost given up, 10 losses and tons of tears, I was certain we should just give up.
After being in care of an
RE through two of my losses, my last loss was sent for testing. After a gruling 6 month wait, and a 6 month break on BCPs I finally got an answer. I was told to keep on trying, no matter what, some day I will have that child in my arms. I was told that i can't give up, even if I have another loss or two, because everything is fine and that God will see to it that it happens for us.
I felt relieved, happy, excited...He told us to start trying right away, because my fertility was fine, and that millions of women with PCOS concieve and carry to term all the time. For that, I am thankful for. I am thankful that my
genetic councellor took the time to make me feel better and make sure that I didnt give up. And i won't. He also said he would take over for my RE until i seen the OBGYN.
The downfall and the uprising is that my
RE dropped me as a patient, which scares me, but the reason why...Because there is no reason I shouldnt have a baby some time in my life, because I can obviously get pregnant. Thankful for hope.
