you can send them a private message. I'm not sure if there is an easier way, but this is how i do it. i click on the name of the person who gave me the gift. that brings me to a page that shows all their info. i scroll down that page and there are options for writing them an email or a private message. i click on the private message one and away we go. hope this helps and i didn't just confuse you more......
