On my doctors advice I started taking Yasmin...I have never been so sick...Everything was going so well with vitex, but I worried about pregnancy now that my periods were back and I was ovulating again...Worst mistake ever!! Headaches, breasts hurt, stomach upset, the whole nine yards...Ahhhh!!!

I am going off the pill immediatly and taking the vitex again...

Hello

If you are worried about preganancy but wanna stay off hormones then you should DEFINITELY learn fertility awareness. There is a fantastic book called "Taking Charge Of Your Fertility" which teaches all about the method and there are various support groups on the net such as http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...ityAwareness/.

This way you learn when you ovulate and so don't panic about when AF is due etc.
