I was wondering if there is a certain time to take herbs. Does it matter if I take all my herbs at night when I take my Glucophage? I am taking Vitex, Dong quai, EPO and raspberry leaf tea (?). I drink the tea a couple times through out the day.. TIA

No, not from what I know and checked with my naturopath. You don't need to be fasting as well.

I take it when I get up and before going to bed.
