There hasn't been a post here in ages - what is everyone up to?
Hey everyone!!!
How are you all? There doesn't seem to be much action here at the moment. I guess everyone is gearing up for Christmas.
I am really looking forward to Christmas. Lachie should have a little bit of an idea about opening presents etc this year. We are just staying home with my family which will be really nice and relaxed.
Other than that, we haven't been up to much. I have started back on met and am trying to get my butt into gear with weight watchers in preparation for ttc #2 next year. So far the weight loss is non existent (I'm not trying very hard at all with all of the festivities going on) but I'm hoping to get into it after christmas with a more serious attitude.
Lachlan is doing really well. There are a few pics of him on the mummy board which some of you have seen. He is a great kid (when I can get past the tantrums !). He is going to spend a couple of nights with his Granny and Pop after christmas. I am looking forward to the break, but very nervous about being away from him. It's like being caught between a rock and a hard place. He will LOVE it. They live on a farm and have sheep, cattle, dogs etc. He loves roaming around out there and being SPOILT!!!
How are you all doing????
Post your updates here!!!!!!
I hope everyone has a really great Christmas.
I'm just trying to get out of the slump I got myself into a few weeks ago. I haven't dared to go near the scales for a while - I'll do that after my next AF. Food is going reasonably well now, need to get consistent with exercise. Over the summer I hope to get into the habit of doing some exercise every day.
I've got the evenings to myself for a few days while Yasmin (15) is in Brisbane for the Australian Athletics Knockout Championships and Kieran (11) and Jesse (9) are at their Dad's. I've just arrived home from the boys' Taekwondo gradings. They both gained the next full stripe on their belts and Kieran was awarded 'Best at Grading'.
Christmas is going to be pretty low-key this year.

Just a quick post while my insomniac is asleep! Life is still pretty chaotic here at present with Thomas now three weeks old.
Unfortunately we have had lots of sleepless nights and already he is showing he is a very stubborn little man that wants everything on his terms! This isnt helped by grandparents who insist on picking him up to cuddle him each and every time he makes a whimper!
As or xmas i still have not got any inclination to get into the xmas spirit although i went and bought Thomas a xmas bauble with his name and 2003 on it. I am intending it to be his keepsake that he will put on the tree each year! My dh thinks that i am a hopeless sentimental fool (i wont use the exact words he used!) but i wore him down and got it anyway.
We are having xmas here with dh's parents, my dad and his partner and maybe my sister. They are all coming for lunch and maybe in the morning we will go and see my grandma but it will all depend on Thomas.
Other than that i have been busy writing thankyou notes for pressies we got for Thomas on his birth, writing xmas cards and i have also booked the christening for next February which i am happy about, and, finally booked him into another 2 childcare centres for when i return to work in July.
And i am still wondering when i am going to get some time to sleep and relax.................
Merry xmas to all and i hope that all those hopes and dreams of all of us come to fruition in 2004.

Well we haven't being much at all just hosptial appointments and laying low.
I'm 27 weeks now and getting tried of being pregnant, just had enough of the all day sickness! I'm starting to pack my bags for the hosptial for March, can't wait until it's all over so I can sort of get some sleep!
As for Christmas, well we aren't really doing much, we are picking dh's children up @ 12pm and then heading towards south to my sisters for the night than coming home the next day after dropping the kids back off to there mother.
Lily says hi!
Anyway I think that's about it!
Have a great Christmas,

Well, nothing all that much happening in our little part of the world. Mainly trying to stay as cool as possible on these hot days (ohh Winter, I want Winter back LOL)
Weight loss is still pretty continuous most weeks, although in this heat I tend to retain water, so i'm drinking so much I swear i'm gonna float away soon LOL
I'm in the middle of the 2WW from my first injection cycle, and hoping like mad that AF doesn't find me on Christmas Day and I get a BFP instead. What a day to test eh LOL Hopefully after Christmas I will have some good news (I have EVERYTHING crossed at this point in time )
We are having a very quiet Christmas this year, Mike and I will be by ourselves Christmas morning, for the first time we have been together so that will be great! Then spending the afternoon at my parents house with them and my Nana who is visiting from outback NSW. Then Boxing Day will more than likely be spent lazing around my Aunty's pool in Caloundra or fishing off her wharf (thank goodness for rich relatives LOL) so that should be good too.
Anyway enough from me (i'm tired and rambling lol) take care everyone!
Ahhh, Christmas - I am soo busy with work, if DS wasnt all excited about it - I would forget it is even happening!
That said, we will be going to church as a family for the first time in ages on Christmas day, spending time with the in laws, then having a lazy dinner alone with DS, & DH.
Boxing day is another story! DH, DS, and I are going to our local hungry Jacks to meet with my SIL, BIL and their 7 children (ages 11 - 1 1\2). So that should be great fun.
I am planning on dragging them down to my studio for some photo's of them all together! So that should be interesting to say the least.
But if I dont say it later on, Happy Christmas to all of my Aussie pals at SC!
