I would say Metformin. It helps reduce overall the appetite and particularly sweets and fat and greasy foods cravings.

At least it has worked for me !!

You will usually start craving carbs and sweets when you are going through a period of seratonin deficiency... Seratonin is known as a brain checmical but it also exists in other places in your body like your digestive tract.

My acupuncturist has me taking 5-HTP (seratonin precursor) to help with this as well as my history of depression and anxiety and insomnia eposides. For me it has made a difference. DO NOT TAKE 5-HTP IF YOU ARE TAKING AN SSRI.

Vinegar pretty much killed cravings in many of us.

Run a search here on the boards...there are good articles on Vinegar and Insulin response.

You'll also find the thread where many of us tried the vinegar experiment for awhile.
