Default Is there a way to decrease the Lutenizing hormone?

I was just wondering if there is an herb/food supplement that could be taken to decrease the lutenizing homone?

Also, does anyone know if you can increase the Follicle stimulating hormone, if that decreases the lutenizing hormone?

Thanks,
Hip

I read online that black cohosh is supposed to reduce LH, but I haven't tried it. However, according to this it also could have a number of negative effects including abnormal blood clotting, uterine irritation and shouldn't be taken by anyone on antidepressants.

I remember reading somewhere that Black Cohosh and Wild Yam have been known to decrease LH.

I'm sorry I no longer have the link =\

Vitex, I know they say it increases it but the truth is that it LEVELS it which can mean lowering it. It did for me anyway.

I have read that melatonin suppresses LH... I have only heard this for the melatonin you make while in complete darkness (when sleeping at night, you want the room as dark as possible as your body needs complete darkness to make melatonin). I know you can also buy it in pill form but I dont know if it would be as effective or work at all in lowering LH...
I discovered this when I was researching WHY lunaception works... apparently its the affect of melatonin on LH levels. Supposedly it takes a few months to work.

Hope this helps!

I'm also wondering how to lower LH! I googled and couldn't find anything. Anyone had any luck whatsoever?
