I get bad acne on my thighs and butt. Sometimes they're big like boils and really hurt.

Well recently I got a bump on my labia, right next to my clitoris. It reminds me of one of the boil type ones. It's really killing what little sex drive I had. When I squeeze it, it hurts. Nothing is coming out. Any idea on what it is?

I know I don't have herpes, was recently tested for everything and I've only ever been with my husband. (Plus we always use condoms because I hate being sticky!!)

Should I be worried?

could it be an inclusive cyst (ingrown hair)? I was recently freaking out because I had this tiny bump that hurt and looked like a wart on my inner thigh... I went to the doctor and told her I thought I had genital warts, and she looked at it and said "nope, that's an inclusive cyst... it forms around an ingrown hair, like a hard whitehead pimple." She told me to go home and use some tweezers to pick at it, and then to be sure to exfoliate the area daily and apply neosporin if needed. I went home and said "tweezers? psha, hand me those clippers!" and I nipped the edge with fingernail clippers, and I'll be darned if it wasn't exactly what she said. It looked like a white head when it dries out, very hard, and when I used the tweezers to remove it, there was a little hair in the center. Also, like yours, nothing ever came out when I tried to squeeze it.

I dont think I'm going to pick mine open...
It's pretty painful.
I need to make a doctors apt anyway for some provera.. so I guess I'll find out what it is then, maybe. It sure hurts though if it's touched.

I figured it was HS. I just NEVER had one THERE. I just would get them on my legs and butt. Never inside my vagina. It's really irritating me. Hopefully my doc can do something about it.

I get these a lot. you shoudl go to your GP and get anti-biotics. they come back but hopefully not as often, once you start treating them.

Hot baths really help bring them to a head too.
