Default Are these levels normal?

I've had symptoms of low thyroid for about a year, and just had labwork done. The numbers are within range, but I've heard that "normal" may still be off for some people. So, what do these numbers look like?

T3, total: 139 (ref range 97-219)
T-4 (thyroxine), total: 10.7 (ref range 4.5-12.5)
TSH, 3rd generation: 1.32 (ref range 0.40-4.50)

I've been hypothyroid in the past, I have a goiter, and I was on synthroid up until I got pregnant. Somehow my thyroid straightened out when I got pregnant. I've been off synthroid for 3 years, but I sure FEEL hypo.

The only (semi) helpful test they did on you was the TSH. In order to get a picture of what your thyroid is doing, you need Free T3 and Free T4. The tests they performed don't give an accurate picture of how much thyroid hormone your body has available to use... just how much you have.

Thank you for the link.

I went in to see my doctor with many hypo symptoms. I wonder why he didn't check free T3 and T4. Should I request a specific test?
