Default Which of these worked for you?

I've been giving vitex a try for the last three weeks; it's too early to draw conclusions yet, but it does look encouraging. I've had AF within a week of taking it, while previous time was "only" two months before (usual interval is 3-4 months, sometimes much more). It encouraged me to try more supplements, but I don't want to try lots of things at the same time because I want to figure out what works for me and what doesn't. I'm considering:

* NAC

* fish oil

* GLA

* calcium + vit. D

Which of these (or yet another) would you try next?

Btw, I am also considering myo-inositol, but I can't find any coherent information about the proper dosage. I found a study that reported positive results with a daily dose of 200 mg, but some people on this board take multiples of that. Does someone here have informations on what is advisable?

(crickets chirping)

As an update, I just realized that Vitex is probably what has been making me feel so unusually hyper-emotional and teary these last weeks. It seems that it has this effect on some people (google vitex + depression if you're interested). Too bad, it seemed to be working somewhat. Anyway, it's probably not a good idea to take it when you have a mood disorder. I did research for contraindications before taking it, but this wasn't even alluded to in any of the sites I first visited. The closest it came was that it conflicts with anti-psychotics (I don't take any). I stopped it as a precaution and I'm going to switch to NAC and inositol.

I wanted to link to consumerlab.com and Mary's PCOS FAQ as a reference, but seemingly I can't post links yet.

Any suggestion for the inositol dosage, anyone?
