Yes, I have been through your experience. I'm sorry about your loss. It's difficult but you'll make it! I know it's not much and may not make you feel better, but at least, you know you are able to get pregnant.

I m/c'd 4 years ago on Palm Sunday, so each year it is a painful reminder but I now have two beautiful daughters who came after (33mths and 9 mths). I took progesterone with my next preg's to help with sustaining the prg. I didn't take Met during the prg only when TTC.

Be strong and again I'm sorry...T

Thank you so much for your kind words ladies, I really appreciate it! Albaos, I have just started Metformin about a week ago, my OB/Gyn gave it to me even though she didn't test me for IR so I'm not sure wether I am or not. I have long cycles about 40-45 day so hopefully the Met will shorten my cycle and give me a stronger ovulation. I'm very happy to be able to conceive naturally as I read that there are so many cysters who have troubles with that. I hope that I will be able to carry full term when I get pregnant again. My progestrone was slightly low by the time the doc gave me the progestrone sup it was already to late

Shaima, congrats on your pregnancy! It is good to hear that there are succesfull stories! how long did it take you to get pregnant agian?
Where you on the Metforming whilst getting pregnant and during pregnancy?

Wuns sorry to hear about your loss, it is so painfull.......I feel a bit better now I just wish that my cycles would get back to normal.

I miscarried in March last year ... was bleeding / spotting on and off for about a month .....

We started ttc again in May and I found out two months later that I had conceived again - without drugs .... I just looked after my lifestyle (eating habits, exercise) and also took herbs to help with regulating my cycles/ovulation ......

I have never been on Metformin .....

Hiya

Seems like I have same symptons long cycles and weak ovulation beause of the long cycles I guess.
I have started the Metformin now and I will see how that goes. I'm taking 500 mg in the morning and 500 in the evening and it makes me very nauseous though so I don't like it very much but it has only been a week so I'm going to be strong and give it a go.
I have some vitex tea at home, has anyone ever used this? I bought it lats week as I saw it in a health store but I have never tried it before and I'm not sure wether I should or not.
