Tiara- I finally figured it out.... You used to have a picture of your daughter on your signature right? Switch those things up and I forget who everyone is! Anyway, welcome back!

I had my 2nd acupuncture appointment this morning. All went pretty well, she used a lot more pins this time so hopefully someday in the near future I will see AF. I haven't had AF since Jan. so she is well overdue. I am also taking some Chinese herbs. My ovaries do feel more sensitive but that could be all in my head.

Have a good weekend everyone and good luck to you all.

To all you veterans out there

I am in the 2 ww and I am trying very hard not to obsess, but... I got the positive OPK this past Thursday morning (CD 17) I had sore BB's starting on CD 14, they were really sore up until yesterday (CD 20) I woke up this morning and the tips are sensitive but they don't hurt like they did last night. I know every woman is different, but does that mean we didn't conceive? If it was a success would my bbs stay sore through the next 2 weeks? or is it still possible we finally made a connection? I didn't mention the soreness to DH I don't want to jinx anything this time around... while they were sore yesterday I thought "This is it!" but this morning I already feel let down and my period isn't coming for another 2 weeks!

You know, I had all the symptoms each time I wasn't pregnant and then I didn't have them when I was. Right now at about 7 weeks pregnant, I don't feel much different than I usually do. You just never know. My breasts are a bit more sensitive, but they weren't in my 2ww (not any more than they normally are anyway) so it could go either way. I'll be thinking of you! Good luck!

Cbrubaker----When I was actively TTC on meds my boobs would get really swore in my 2 ww, but I always got a BFN so it probably was from me always touching them to see if they felt any different for a hint of BFP....LOL! Anyways, I wouldn't stress over any changes with sensitivity.

As for me.......I am TOTALLY not obessing this month nor did I last month and my sister-in-law who is also TTC asked me Friday what cd i was on and I honestly didn't know b/c I just haven't been keeping track. Well, this weekend my DH was working a detail (he is a law enf. officer) in Ft. Lauderdale and was put up in an amazing hotel on the beach so I went down last night to hit the town with him and I noticed during the day that I felt like I had a lot of CM...more than usual, but I didn't feel to see if it was EWCM, but anyways of course we BD. I just looked at my calendar to try to figure up my last period and I am around cd 20, so I'm wondering, hoping and PRAYING that I actually ovulated. I have only ovulated ONCE in the last forever of months (about 15 or 16 months) and of course that was with some help from meds. So who knows but when we were BD my DH did say I felt really wet (sorry TMI) and I didn't say anything to him at all that I thought I could possibly be ovulating. So anyways I guess we'll see, but a part of me still thinks there is no freakin way I would ovulate on my own since I didn't even ovulate on meds except for once, but all I can do is hope!

I'm doing fine. I have my first ultrasound on Friday which will be a HUGE relief as if you ever read the pregnancy boards its just littered with miscarriages and thats been freaking me out. I try to remind myself that I didn't have morning sickness with my son either and I didn't get it until about 8 weeks (I think I am about 7 weeks now) with my daughter, but boy can those boards stress you and depress you. It'll just be nice to have some reassurance. Thanks for asking! And, maybe the met is kicking in for you and you are ovulating. I think this time I ovulated on about day 21 myself. I'll be thinking of you too! Good luck!

Maybe the non bloating is a good sign. I know the 2ww can be very stressful, but thats why you have us, to get some of the weight off of you.

Karol- you just never know... I had myself talked out of it too. I had felt really sick on about 7dpo and than I was pretty much fine. I was so sure I wasn't that I didn't bother to take the test while my husband was home to share it with me. Then I came upstairs to check this while the test was going on (usually I watch it like a hawk). I still don't really "feel" pregnant. I don't put much stock in symptoms anymore since i seemed to always have them when I wasn't pregnant and then not when I was. Good luck!

Hi KArrol, I'm also half way through my TWW and it's really getting to me! last month i had really sore bbs...this month there is nothing! i really don't want to go through another cycle of clomid with the painful bloating and hot flushes! i just get these twinges in my low ab and i can feel my ovaries ifykwim - but that feeling comes and goes. i am trying not to read too much into it and wait til next mon until i can test! but i don't think this will be my month as i'm very moody (people feel happy when they are pg usually!) and i hardly had any cm this cycle....oh well... if it doesn't work next cycle i will take a break for a month or so....just let nature be....

when do you test??? good luck!!!

Hi everyone, it's been awhile since I posted due to so much going on in my life. Yesterday I went in for bloodwork for a pregnancy test. My RE nurse will call me today. If a BPN, I start 5 days of provera, then clomid. My Ovidrel just arrived this morning. I cannot believe my DH is going to be giving me a shot. I am petrified because he is not experienced so one of my nurse friends is going to come over and show him how the first time. Hopefully this will be the first and last. My RE is extremely aggressive. This is my first time taking clomid and every day for the 5 days of clomid I will go in for bloodwork and an ultrasound to see if the clomid is working. I really really really like my RE!

That is wonderful. An aggressive RE is better then a an RE who wants to wait everything out. Hopefully this cycle will end in a BFP.
