Default Thin cyster moms--advice needed

For those of you who successfully got pregnant with treatment, what treatment worked for you. I just met with my RE for the first time last Friday. He said that if I am not pregnant this cycle that I could either do another round of clomid with closer monitoring and IUI or I could go straight to injections. Any suggestions on what worked for you? I don't want to waste time on another cycle of just clomid if it is not going to work. Thanks.

See my signature. Not especially encouraging, I know, but I was tired of messing around with the other stuff when I knew my chances were best with IVF. But lots of women get pg on Clomid alone or injections (and in fact injections w/ IUI are what gave me my ectopic pregnancy, so it worked, just landed in the wrong spot).
