I did Chinese acupuncture for a while until I realized that my insurance doesn't cover it.
In addition to acupuncture, i got:
1) uterine lifting massage
2) cupping
3) moxibustion (sp?)
4) herbs
The most interesting and unexpected was the uterine lift. It's easy to do at home too. You basically put your hands where the mound (top part) of your down there begins, and lift upwards, as if you are lifting your uterus. you have to go deep. you'l feel like you're lifting your belly

It's easier to do if you're laying down or bending over.
It did help me get my period naturally in the first month.
If my clomid round 1 doesn't work, I'm thinking of getting treatments again even if its out of pocket.
