Hello, Can I join in? I'm Debbie..hoping to conceive #3. My daughter's are both from IVF, and right now, DH is not ready for that, so I am on 1500 met and might be throwing in some clomid and see what happens. I've been on met since 10/24 and 1500 for almost 2 weeks, and am still hoping for some AF. I might call my OB/GYN to get provera since I haven't had AF since August..so annoying.

Nothing new here with me. Taking prometrium...expecting af sometimes after thanksgiving, around next weekend. I have to call RE's office tomorrow so they can order everything for me...that should be expensive.

Still no AF so I made a call to my RE for some Provera. Should start follistim the first week of Dec.

heartcore-I wish you all the luck I had on the Follistim that I had. It's a miracle drug in my mind. Merry Christmas! now stab yourself in the tummy. It really doesn't hurt that bad, but when the DH is watching, make sure to wince and grimmace for effect. Just to remind him what you're going through
Welcome Deb! Of couse Met effects everyone differently, but I had to stop taking it because it made me so sick. and it was the XR kind too. I dropped 4 pounds and couldn't even stand the sight of water. But I know its the miracle drug of several people on the board.
hsuter-keep us updated on how the gonal f is working for you. And remember..BD every night possible, especially the day you trigger! I'm convinced that's why it worked this time, I just always felt we were missing that window with the IUI.

Hey girls, I may have 'joined' you guys before and then slacked off...can I join y'all again? I've perused your thread a few times...btw congrats Refrain- did you ever find out how many embryos you're growing? We will be taking a break from the IUI stuff for December, and just bd'ing when I think I'm Oing - I tend to get bad O pain...who knows? Maybe I'll get knocked up over the Christmas holiday...geez, I probably shouldn't have included the phrase 'knocked up' and a word with Christ's name in it in the same sentence!

heartcore--ha, normally i am the girl who will start testing at 7dpo, but i did that the past two months and it was crushing to see those ++ over and over and know they were just from the trigger shot. so after 2 cycles i have determined that i could still see a ghost line at about 10dpo, so i wanted to wait a couple days after that to make sure that any + is for real! but if i did not trigger, believe me i would be testing every day!!

Shell-GL w/testing...I hope you get that bfp!! I know what you mean about testing and getting + due to the trigger. That threw me off the first time I had the trigger...I was 10dpo and got a line, but then 12dpo no line. So from then on I wait until atleast 12dpo.
Beth-welcome! GL w/the no IUI thing in Dec....I hope you do get knocked up over the holidays!
Dahlia-welcome! GL w/your 2ww...hope it ends w/a bfp!!
Refrain-how many hours past trigger did you have the IUI? I'm not sure if bd will work for us because of my twisty cervix (this is why I need the IUI's) but we will most certainly give it a try! by the way, your u/s has got to be coming up, right?
Heartcore-I will probably be starting the injectibles the first week of Dec too.
Deb-are you taking met er? I started with regular met and it killed me, but then switched to the extended release and i'm fine now.
As for me, I'm home today...took a sick day. I have this cold/sinus thing going on, gross.

hsuter: i've got the same sinus gross thing. We'll be cycle buddies! What day in your cycle will you start the injections and what dose? I'm waiting on a call back from my RE today to get the dosage and instructions.
